A bus conductor, Taheed Adekunle, who was blamed for harming a traveler's scrotum amid argument about transportation admission, was on Thursday remanded in jail by a Tinubu Judges' Court in Lagos.
Adekunle, 19, of no altered location, conceded to a charge of ambush.
The Officer, Mr Ade Adefulire, requested that the denounced ought to be remanded in Kirikiri Penitentiaries till the following date of dismissal for truth and sentencing.
The Prosecutor, ASP Ignatius Okeke, told the court that the charged conferred the offense on Walk 12 at around 5:50pm at Ajah Engine Park in Lagos.
Okeke said that the blamed amid a debate with a traveler, Samuel Amosun, over the high cost of transportation toll from Ajah to Oshodi, kicked Amosun in the scrotum.
He said that the casualty was right away on confirmation in the healing facility with swollen scrotum.
Okeke said that the offense repudiated Segment 171 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The Judge deferred the case till Walk 21 for sentencing.
