The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir David Lawal, on Wednesday proclaimed the Federal Government can't completely execute the N6.06 trillion 2016 spending plan as went by the National Assembly.
Lawal told a joint Senate council on Appropriations, Finance and Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions that the incomes of the administration had dropped by 50 to 60 for every penny in spite of projections.
The SGF was welcomed by the Senate to clarify his remark that the 2016 body electorate ventures as caught in the financial backing would not be executed.

He distinctly faulted the drop in Nigeria's income for exercises of activists in the Niger Delta.
Lawal noticed that the oil benchmark of $38 per barrel settled by the Federal Government has been radically separated.
He included that the benchmark has been terribly influenced by exercises of aggressors in the Niger Delta.
The SGF said, "The announcement is right. That is my announcement, we can't promise the usage of voting demographic undertakings in the 2016 spending plan.
