One Ibrahim Babangida, 29, was on Thursday summoned in Lagos for professedly cutting his companion, Ibrahim Umoru, on the head with broken jug over cash.
He showed up at an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrate's Court.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Adebayo Oladele, told the court that the charged submitted the offense at around 9.15 p.m. on Sept. 18 along Redemption Way, Ebute Meta, Lagos.
He said that Babangida broke the head of Umoru over an undisclosed measure of cash.
Oladele said that the offense contradicted Section 171 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The blamed, of no settled location, argued not liable to the one check charge.
The Magistrate, Mrs A.O. Ajibade, conceded the blamed to safeguard in the entirety for N50, 000 with two sureties in like whole.
She suspended the case till Oct. 24 for notice.
