This 21st century horse wagon,as i call it was seen in Festac area of Lagos,the city where anything is seen and is possible.The keke which cost a #750,000 as against the normal one that sells for #650,000 comes with extra seats,doors,
windows,a standard roof and a cooling fan to ease ventilation.The shocking part is that it is powered by electricity and it works for two days after being fully charged for four hours.
Just thinking of what would happen if the owner forgets to charge it after two days.....still thinking....
