The Nigerian Hunters Association has said its individuals would overwhelm Sambisa woodland and catch Boko Haram pioneer, Abubakar Shekau, alive, if given the authorization.
Garba Tarfa, who is responsible for the affiliation's security, in Adamawa, said a few seekers were "anxious and holding up" for the thumbs up.
"We are ever physically prepared at any given time if allowed to attack Sambisa backwoods to catch the quitter, Shekau, similar to fowl and his feared authorities," Mr. Tarfa, a resigned cop, said in Yola on Monday.
"We know the niches and corners of Sambisa woodland. Indeed we know precisely where Shekau is covering up in the backwoods.
"They fear us more than traditional armed force, since they know we knew their insider facts," Mr. Tarfa said.
He said the Boko Haram Shekau was stowing away in Sambisa at a vigorously watched area codenamed "Parisa", encompassed by his leaders.
Mr. Tarfa said in the previous three months, his individuals, working with the Army, strengthened assaults on rural areas of Sambisa woodland and saved more than 500 ladies and kids.
He said amid the assaults, around 50 Boko Haram individuals were either slaughtered, harmed or captured and gave over to security.
